SoHo Gardens

An innovative construction project is set to transform the western entrance of Thessaloniki, marking a significant milestone in the urban development of the area. The project, named SoHo Gardens, will occupy a prime location at the western gateway to the city, close to key road axes connecting Thessaloniki with major regions of Greece and abroad. It is part of a series of urban renewal initiatives aimed at transforming a traditionally industrial zone into a sophisticated and cosmopolitan district.

The goal of the SoHo Gardens project is not just to build a new structure, but also to elevate the neighborhood by introducing a refined urban lifestyle, with a focus on quality, sustainability and aesthetics.
