We are pleased to announce the construction of a new building, which will include 48 modern apartments.
The new building will be located at the western entrance of the city, in an extremely central location, close to the One Salonica shopping centre and the main railway station. In addition, in the immediate vicinity of the building, construction work on the New Jewish Holocaust Museum is expected to begin later this year. The location is also close to the courthouse and only a 15-minute drive from the city centre, making it ideal for residential and commercial activity.
The exterior of the building will exude impressive architecture, with a variety of designs on the balconies that will create a unique visual effect. The interiors have been carefully designed, focusing on the functionality of both the individual spaces and the whole, while ensuring that no compromises are made to the aesthetic dimension of the whole.

A suitable reinforced concrete seismic design will be applied to the building.

To ensure the energy coverage of the building (energy class A), the use of appropriate thermal insulation materials for the building has been planned, while in addition special energy frames will be used based on the KENAK study.

The heating of the interior spaces will be provided by an individual electrical supply.


This initiative aims to upgrade the urban infrastructure and offer quality housing in the area.
